What is it?
This project is my journey on self-improvement on different aspects in my life during my last semester of high school. We have 4 separate projects over the last semester of my high school career so I separated my self-improvement into 4 sections. The first project will be over confidence & extraversion, the next will be me working on being more positive and being nicer to people, the next is working on overcoming my anxiety and trying to live a healthier lifestyle, then working on my faith to become a more devoted christian, and the last project is a reflection over all of the "mini" projects I did over the semester.
Why am I doing it?
Before I go off to college I want to go with a fresh state of mind and being at the best point I’ve ever been at. The process of dissecting my lifestyle and improving on different parts of it will make me feel the best I’ve ever felt. Which is the mentality I want to have before the biggest step I have taken in my life thus far.
How will I do it?
Each project is a three week project so I'm doing the project in sections throughout the 3 weeks. The first two weeks will be research over the two aspects I'm trying to improve, and then the last week will be implementing that research into my life and reflecting on if it actually helped me improve.
